COVID POLICY ADJUSTMENTS

We understand covid has made it hard to travel, so we want to make it as easy for you to book your next vacation with us in confidence.

Currently we have extra flexible terms and have a covid no-penalty last minute cancellation policy.

Please just note that your retreat package purchase is non-refundable, but your credit is valid for 3 years and can be applied to any Conscious7 Retreat until Dec 31st 20234. 

The package is also transferable if you would like to sell your package at the value purchased to someone you know or change the name the package it is under.

PAYMENT POLICY

After a confirmation has been emailed to you, a courtesy hold requires payment within 5 working days to secure the reservation.

For places that have a wait list, a 24hr courtesy hold will be offered.

RETREAT CANCELLATIONS

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.

DEFINITIONS

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Conscious7 Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.

“You” refers to the guest booking a Conscious7 Retreat.

“We” refers to Conscious7 Retreats.

TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE

To join the retreat you must have travel insurance.  Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant SPORT ACTIVITIES you will be engaging upon on your retreat & TRIP CANCELLATION.

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.

With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

We love World Nomads Travel Insurance as this covers you for all activities during a Conscious7 Retreat.

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your trip, Conscious7 Retreats does not offer refunds for any reason. A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat to be taken within two years of your original retreat date. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest.

Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply.

Fees are determined by the following schedule:

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early. You must submit your signed Participant Agreement form within one week of booking or 90 days prior to retreat start date, whichever comes first. Guests who fail to do so may be subject to an automatic cancellation and the above policy will apply.

CONSCIOUS7 RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

If Conscious7 Retreats must cancel a booked retreat date, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.

Conscious7 Retreats is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
