Lauren McLaughlin is a Master Pilates Trainer, Brain Health Trainer and the Founder of Conscious Strong™. Her mission is to change our healthcare system and how we educate health and wellbeing as a whole.
As a mother of five, she’s no stranger to the challenges of balancing a busy family and career with self-care and personal growth. Reclaiming her mind and body has been transformative and the Conscious Strong™ lifestyle comes purely from her journey to find balance and fulfillment in all areas of life.
MEET THE CHEF and PRESENTER
Njathi Kabui is an eclectic Chef with a passion in Food Justice, a Leading expert in Food Literacy, a Medical Anthropologist and an Organic farmer. He is actively involved in promoting Food Literacy as a public speaker, a blogger, an author and a social commentator. Chef Kabui considers himself as an organic chef, who has intentionally designed his own disruptive cuisine.
He believes in change through action, and this is evident in his local community.
