I love helping people change. I know that understanding mental health can be both confusing and stressful. I also know that there’s hope! Your brain and body are wired to change with specific practices and deep healing is possible. My mission is to walk with people through that process.
I know how challenging it is for so many people today to access mental health resources. There are huge obstacles, and there still exists a stigma around mental health. It’s also hard for many people to access basic mental health services and many people do not know where to look or lack high-quality evidence-based resources.
I love to teach, train and help people to transform their possibilities in a personalized environment of growth using a solution-focused approach with an emphasis on learning skills to help people find love, meaning, purpose, and joy in life. I have been working in the field of change and growth since 1990 and my interest in mental and physical health came from my own personal challenges with physical and mental health. My work has taken me into a wide variety of settings from teaching face-to-face courses on the science of pressures and relief to being a keynote speaker in front of 200 people.
Throughout the many years of being in the health and wellbeing space the accent has always been on taking small steps. Small steps works like investing and creating compound interest as this creates huge change and sustainable growth. My work as I see it is not only about helping people to simply feel better, but to help people to get better at feeling.
